BRANDING

One of the first branding systems that I have created, this project was based on designing relevant branding materials for a fictional band including a vinyl record, the album sleeve, a t-shirt template, the press kit, some standard merhcandise items and a website.
I created a hypothetical Progressive, Metal, Instrumental band called 'Raw Chalk' formed by three artists, Alex Rivers as the lead guitarist, Adam Steele as the Bassist and Andrew Knight as the Lead Drummer.
This assignment was an opportunity for me to learn the importance of consistency throughout a brand system. Also, this was the first time, I designed a wholesome package including various items ranging from records to merchandise. The creation of the vinyl record helped me understand concepts relating production such as die-lines and bleed.
